I was shouted at by two female members of the PO staff because I interrupted their 5 min conversation to be served. I later found out one was the manager of the PO. When I said I'm walking away because they were being too aggressive, they laughed and said, "Walk away, you horrible customer," as someone who's worked in retail for 20yrs I suggest these two members should not only have customer service training but anger management as well.

Post office - Queue slow moving and closing too early. Not servicing the people efficiently. Opening times online incorrect.
