Great service and advice.I love the 2 pairs I picked and there was a fantastic selection to pick from. I feel good and they look good. I would highly recommend this optician to everyone.

i ordered contact lenses 5 weeks ago, called twice and was told they?d be sent out each time - they weren?t, i paid extra and it was urgent i receive them - extremely frustrating, just generally really angry. Just called up again and were told they?re still in the cupboard..

I paid 35 pounds for an eye test including Oct scan which all went ok until I asked for my pupillary distance so I could possibly order a pair of glasses online as I couldn't find any suitable glasses in store.The female senior member of staff ( Possibly manager ) would not give the results to me as I hadn't bought glasses from that branch before even though I have used Specsavers many times over the years at different locations.I felt like they pressured me into buying glasses from this store even though I couldn't find anything suitable.I would not use this store again and this lady who served me, honestly gives a bad impression of Specsavers.The member of staff suggested I call Surrey Quays branch as I had an eye test there in 2015 for my pupillary distance results.I called the Surrey Quays branch and spoke to a member of staff on the phone who in no time gave the results and said it was bizarre that I had this issue at the West Wickham branch.Well done Surrey Quays for a much better experience and professionalism.

I visited Spec Savers West Wickham to-date and was pleased to have meet an optician, by the name of Pooja.I was asked the question ?How do you feel?? , as well as my eye, but the time spent, that she didn?t make me feel like just a tick in the box.I?m happy to have meet her, as my old prescription was not correct, and I had been struggling with vision in one of my eyes.New Prescription as advised, and very happy as I write this review ?.So once again thank you toPooja, Belinda & Kathryn

Such a distressing moment when you hear a click and realise that you accidentally sat on your glasses. The heart sink you feel when you realise you are blind for the coming week to ten days.But today I met a group of absolutely amazing people. From Katherine and her colleague (i am sorry i never got to know his name), who managed to get me an appointment in the same morning. To Anusha and Pooja, who did my eye tests. To Belinda and Emy, who made sure I didn?t need to sell my kidney to get my vision back. To the amazing team in the lab, who managed to complete my glasses within the hour.Thanks to this amazing team of heros my disaster was averted within 3 hours. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them.

Booked appointment well in advance, received voicemail to say appointment cancelled, called West Wickham and a lovely lady gave us an appointment for 15 minutes earlier which was brilliant really pleased with service although very short staffed.

Everyone was very friendly & I particularly liked being able to come back to buy my new glasses at a later date because it was too long to wait to speak to the person who dispenses the glasses.

The service I received was excellent. I had my eyes tested and Bamini took a long time talking to me about my eyes. She?s referring me to Moorfields. I value her judgment. I was also helped by Daphne, Chris and Belinda. A very friendly and efficient branch.
