My experience today was a two star experience at best. Over the course of 30 years it's been more like four, so out of fairness let's call it a three.What has happened to the queuing system?Why is only one member of the team capable of processing CHAPS payments? It's something which surely anyone with basic IT skills or experience of online banking could manage. Wouldn't be a problem if the member of staff in question had a less abrasive and suspicious manner. She was borderline rude at times.And what happened to being able to make appointments? Surely that's a must, especially for older or more vulnerable customers.On the plus side, at least this branch is still open. And Rob the manager seemed to know what he was doing.

Super friendly staff and although I don't often need to visit a branch, when I do, the staff here are always helpful and have always resolved my issues.

This branch is constantly slow. Every time I attend I am kept waiting in excess of 15 minutes. It is never a quick pop in.

Got to have the most unhelpful member of bank staff in this branch. Twice the same member of staff has been rude and went out of their way to be unhelpful/awkward to me , she needs retraining in customer service.
