Yesterday I popped in to my local nationwide branch and was served by a very polite, knowledgeable young lady who assisted me with the various questions I had.Although nationwide no longer do the product I wanted, grandparents opening an account for grandchildren, I was still extremely happy with the service. 10/10

I had considerable difficulty in paying a foreign bill by way of the internet.My visit to the branch in West Wickham very quickly resolved the problem completely to my satisfaction. I will continue to use internet banking wherever possible but when in difficulty there is no substitution for a friendly face

Visited the branch to sort out a couple of issues and was assisted by Ellie-Ann who could not have been more helpful. Very happy with the service but then I always am which is why my account has been with Nationwide for over 40 years.

Polite, friendly staff. Able to have a giggle with the cashier - a lifesaver during recent times.Covid measures in place but not over the top. I went on Saturday morning, only had to wait for around 4 minutes to enter the building - due to social distancing.Keep smiling and laughing.

The premises are super smart and the added bonus has always been the pleasant and efficient staff. I have been a member for 20 years and would dread the thought of having to return to previous banks I have been with who place profit before customers.

Awful. Long long queue - very few staff. Such an old fashioned system of banking. " It's always busy." Said one member of staff - then appoint more staff, it's not fair on clients.
