Visited KFC West Wickham and was really impressed! The staff provided excellent customer service - friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was tasty, fresh, and served hot. The restaurant had a clean, pleasant ambience, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience at this KFC branch! The customer service was excellent?staff were friendly, polite, and very attentive. My order was served quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the chicken burger was juicy and delicious. It's clear that they care about both food quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely one of the better KFC experiences I've had. Highly recommended!

Staffs are very friendly and polite. After very longtime had a wonderful service at KFC West Wickham. Food was fresh and tasty. Unable to get my cut choice, but the staff has explained me that they are getting more than half of the chicken as leg pieces and so they have to include leg pieces in every meals. Their explanation is acceptable and they all very friendly and helpful. One of the best KFC I have ever been so far across many countries.

I love this peticyrculary kfc as it is one of the best kfcs I have been to in a long time all of the staff are very helpful and nice and are very quick and professional with there job I think this is a well deserved 5 star as they are one of the best kfcs I have been to in a long time I suggest anyone who sees my rating come to to beautiful kfc

Very bad experience at this KFC. I was waiting for my order, and the delivery driver was also there to pick up an order. One of the staff members spoke very rudely to the driver and showed no respect. This kind of behavior is unprofessional. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect?customers and delivery workers alike. Very disappointed with the service.

Not bad overall for a KFC, you'll occasionally get a rubbish bit of chicken but this is normal.

I went to kfc in westwickham today there two self serve was full so I gone to the till ask if anyone was serving they said no you have to order at self serve I said there busy so why can you not serve me at the till she said it policy that we can not serve you at the till I really think that bad customer service as I got refused to be served

Food is not good, it has a lot of spices in it, this is not the recipe of KFC. Can?t sit outside because the messengers are listening to their phone out loud and being noisy.
