“I had an eye test and purchased glasses and sunglasses from this branch. The optometrist and the staff were personable and provided me with clear guidance. They had a varied selection of frames to choose from. I’ve deducted 1 star for the up selling of the standard eye test. I was not offered the normal eye test the staff member only quoted the price for the eye test with eye pressure test included. By the time I realised what had happened it was too late.”
