You would think donating clothes or anything would be thanked or appreciated. Never ever in this place. Your staff are all rude and need some training on customer service. Won?t ever donate here again.

All the staff are always very friendly and polite without exception. Always thankful for donations and if they can?t take something are polite about it. Well laid out and presented .

The manager is extremely rude. Try taking things there, and instead of just saying what they can't take on, litterally being belittled. Never buying or giving money to BHF again.

Great charity shop. Quite large. Nearly always have a great selection of cookery books.

This charity shop is really beautifully presented and the staff are always so warm and friendly.
