My name is Victoria and my husband and I were looking for a new home. We rang Allen Heritage and spoke with Elaine who was very accommodating in allowing us to visit the property on the same day.Other estate agents took days to get back to us, sometimes with us chasing. However, Elaine's communication was impeccable.When we met Elaine, she was lovely. She took us into the property and was not intrusive at all. She allowed us to explore ourselves, which we loved as she was not pushy.After we made an offer, she really supported us through this process and we quickly got a YES!Elaine is brilliant and really made us feel at ease.
