Gone downhill in the last few months! Filthy lifts, checkouts , toilets and trolleys and staff that don't seem to care( with some exceptions)especially at the customer service/cigarette desk where rudeness seems to be the policy! On a positive note the Security guards are always friendly and helpful as are the car wash guys upstairs....Perhaps a store manager would help . Sort it out Tesco!!!!

28th Aug 2025. (3.15pm about) Strange incident with Javid, the store manager. A couple of customers were annoyed there were no wire baskets or carts at the Warwick Rd entrance. Also, no baskets inside the doors on the car park side. Javid?s response was to threaten a customer with being banned from the store for complaining. Very strange customer relation attitude. The correct response is to empathise, understand and offer to bring a basket or cart to the annoyed customer right away. Then examine store procedures and, hopefully, put in place checks and procedures to ensure baskets are stocked at regular intervals at all the main entrance doors.

Absolute shambles in there recently . Never any trollies. Poor customer service for f&f clothing issues. No one seems to know anything or want to, to be honest . Actually tried sending a complaint via email. And it bounced back! seems to be no way of speaking to anyone it seems

Large Tesco in Hammersmith. Im not local but visit frequently, whenever I visit the store is usually well stocked and clean.

Shopping in Tesco?s just before midnight and truth be told, it really changed my view on shopping. I?ve never experienced anything quite like it, I recommend to all who pass at this magical time of day and peruse their most wonderfully stocked shelves. ??????????

Had 10 good minutes to go in the store at the night of 10th July but the Security guy was unprofessional enough to stop me and another customer from going in. Terrible experience.

Great store for a full weekly or monthly shop. The Clubcard specials are great and enable savings. Stock levels are generally good. My favourite Tesco in west London

Experienced horrible customer service this morning, unfortunately it?s not the first time.
Staff need to be better trained if in a customer situation interactive role. Having a hotel next door, these people are faced with many walks of life and are not adequately equipped to deal with it.
