Embarrassing experience on how not to do customer service. I asked whether they had a pretty basic item and they were clueless saying they weren't experts and not tradepeople and they couldnt be expected to know every one of their products. I told them that I dont think anybody would expect that but surely they would have some idea or suggesion to least attempt solve the problem. A Polish woman co-worker rudely interupted the conversation saying the same thing. Again, a true professional would actually listen to the given situation and try and come up with a more positive response or solution rather than just repeating like a parrot, yes he's right. I actually worry about staff like that because they are probably going to be first in line to get replaced by robots who do know it all. Enough said.

Costumer service was the worst that I have ever experienced in such a long time. The member of staffs name was vernane and he was totally unprofessional. He spoke unprofessional and completely discriminatory decision. He asked where we got are money on are card and was totally unprofessional. Worst shop in the world

The staff in the shop are extremely rude and impatient. They talk to customers like they are children and it almost seems like they doing you a favour by getting your order.
