A lovely place to have a coffee after a long day.
My only reason given the 3 stars is that I arrived 17:25 and ordered my hot drink. As I was ordering the lady making the hot drinks told the guy taking orders that it?s enough as not to take more orders (maybe the manager as she was the one wearing the white shirt). Behind me there was another lady who ordered a hot drink, a warm snack and fruit?. The guy told her ?we?re closing soon so you have to be finished by then??.we looked at each other puzzled as it was 17:29 so technically still 30 minutes to closing time. She replied: don?t worry I will long gone! As I was seated having my drink I saw the poor lady eating as fast as she could. The staff were sweeping around us and after they started moping. I just don?t understand why a company so big can?t pay extra time for the staff to clean after closing so that the customers can have a more pleasant time while they are inside.

I stopped by Pret A Manger for a quick coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Sai, the barista, crafted a beautifully smooth latte with impressive latte art that added a special touch to my afternoon. The coffee was rich and well-balanced, and the friendly atmosphere made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot for a quality cup of coffee!

What a fantastic service. Minoo was fantastic... I had an issue with my order the day prior.. (admittedly I drove the poor barrister mad) which led to the incorrect milk.. I may have even said it in correct...
Minoo.. actualy remembered my order.. despite the 100s of customers a day.. and kindly made a new one.
I was so impressed. When I mentioned. I did not expect a free coffee..
Thank you Minoo.. fantastic service.. 5 stars all the way...

Used to be OK, till they resorted to greed and cancelled the benefits of monthly subscribers!
After all I believe they're too expensive for the service offered!

Absolutely awful customer service. The manager was literally shouting at me and refused service because there was a technical issue with the app.

I recently visited this café and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The place was unorganized and not clean, which made it uncomfortable to stay. On a positive note, the coffee was good; I ordered a black Americano, and it was enjoyable. However, the overall atmosphere needs significant improvement.
