SO MANY ISSUES with this pharmacy. Just been to pick up my life saving drugs. INCORRECT AGAIN. Pharmacy is now closed I go on holiday tomorrow morning and won?t be able to collect the correct prescription. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Staff is unknowledgeable. They will give you something wrong even with prescription, extremely unhelpful, won't listen, even after going several times

This place is absolutely useless and I think the staff would be happier to see you die rather than offer anything resembling helpful advice. Whatever ailment you have, just accept your fate as you won't get any help from these guys.

Allergies and hay fever are a big problem in the UK. Both the seller and the pharmacist seemed to have a very limited knowledge on the differences between antihistamines they had. Ended up spending +£10 on a weaker antihistamine than the one I had and showed her, where I asked for the opposite.

Do not use this pharmacy!I was refused a refund by Muaz Ibrahim because of his lack of knowledge about consumer rights, his fellow staff members on shift provided only giggles and stares to help to the situation.When asked for proof of the no refund policy, Muaz extensively searched for anything that would back up his claim and then quickly gave up and refused any further cooperation, following this was a very unprofessional impolite response implying that I was incompetent for not knowing HIS policy!This issue was very slowly resolved due to Muaz?s unwillingness to help, alas after 1 hour of waiting and then eventually getting through to the head office my refund was permitted but not processed by Muaz (whom is the current onsite supervisor/manager) because of his uncooperative attitude and shame towards the situation.Even after the true store manager had told a staff member that I the consumer was in the right, no apologies were given to reconcile just silence.Muaz Ibrahim needs to be re trained so he can provide real information about the policy of the company he works with to prevent further harm to other people?s mental wellbeing!I will also be escalating this matter to ensure training is provided.

They speak a language other than English apparently. You see, the words ?we have your prescription?, when said over the phone don?t actually mean what that sounds like.

They have a sign outside the pharmacy saying ?wear a mask - it?s the law? when it is no longer the law. They should take this down immediately. You cannot lie! The scare mongering has gone on long enough

Just had the worst customer service of my life here. Got a random text saying my appointment had been cancelled for my second vaccination, and so rang to ask if there's any chance of me getting one today. Lady on the phone was nothing but rude from the start, questioning 'why would i do that' and telling me I was being rude when I was simply working out the logsitics of how to get my second dose. Hung up on me before I was done speaking, told me I was wasting vaccinations (my appointment literally got cancelled and you told me I couldn't have one???) Also have read reviews at how dirty this place is and that the staff don't sanitise before vaccinating so sounds like I've dodged a bullet!

Came to get my covid booster and the receptionist is wearing her mask without covering her nose.If the country can?t rely on its leaders to be the example needed when fighting for the better good for its people, those supplying and championing the vaccine should be leading by example.

I can?t speak about the pharmacy but would advise not to use Covid vaccination centre.I rang twice to check if they were administering the Pfizer vaccine,I was told they were.Arrived on time to be told I would have to have the moderna vaccine.Apparently ?they ran out?.The appointments are pre-booked,so unless someone is really bad at maths or completely incompetent,I don?t buy into the ?we?ve run out?.It doesn?t fill you with confidence if the staff can?t add up.I left jab less.

Went here to get my covid booster, fast and friendly service especially from receptionist for this service. Chairs a bit too close to other chairs and difficult to move around through them.
