It's the worst Costa Coffee ever!!! At 7am, when it should be open, most of the times it's still closed. They don't have croissants or pastries. You can't use the Costa Card or redeem a Vodafone vouchers for example. Staff never been rude to me, ok, but at the same time they I don't think I have ever seen someone smiling or being nice.
Please close down and hand over the business to someone who can provide a better service!!

Run down. No juice or fresh fruit when I visited. Tablle so wobbly I had to use my foot to stop my coffee spilling. Not what you expect from a Costa.

Duty Manager called Anna was extremely rude and unhelpful at 380 Kensington High St London.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had this morning at your store located at 380 Kensington High Street, W14 8NL. I ordered a Large Chai Latte with Oat Milk, but was instead served a regular milk chai. Unfortunately, I did not realize the mistake until after drinking it 30 minutes later, which caused me to feel extremely unwell, leading to nausea and vomiting.
When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful behavior from both the staff and the Duty Manager, Anna. Instead of offering any apology or a solution, she rudely insisted that I had not requested oat milk, despite not being a witness to the original transaction. Her refusal to acknowledge my concern or offer a refund, compounded by her dismissive attitude, left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
This experience has not only ruined my morning but has also left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Costa. I paid for £4.60 that made me ill.

I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The place was unorganized and not clean, which made it uncomfortable to stay. On a positive note, the coffee was good; I ordered a flat white, and it was enjoyable. However, the overall atmosphere needs significant improvement.

Went into the restaurant and asked the gentleman behind the counter if there was anywhere to sit in the restaurant he said there was seating inside and out well not helpful at all I new that I wanted some help to find seating he had zero customer skills and did not great us as we came up to order he didn't smile either and seemed death as he repeated my order 3 times the lady that gave me my coffee was just as bad she seemed miserable no smiling wht so ever horrible atmosphere would never go back
