I have got food poisoning after eating their chicken wraps. I am sorry to have to write a review, but my hope is they can take this as an opportunity to improve, make sure there is no cross-contamination, and all utensils and food are clean

Sorry to say, tonight I ordered BBQ burger with BBQ chicken wings & chips. The burger along with wings were tough, they must of been cooked hrs ago, sorry I will not be back back. Shame as the service was good, very polite.

I?ve had enough of the constant upselling at The Chicken cottage. Every time I visit, I?m bombarded with questions like, ?Do you want to make your regular meal larger?? or ?Would you like extra cheese with that?? While some may appreciate the options, it quickly becomes tiresome, especially when you just want a straightforward meal.
Additionally, the pricing policies seem to change regularly, making it hard to keep track of what you?ll actually be paying. It feels like the restaurant is more focused on squeezing out every last penny rather than providing a consistent, hassle-free experience. It?s a shame, because the food isn?t bad, but these constant distractions make it hard to enjoy the meal.

I regularly go here and the staff recognise me. It's a great place to get a takeaway and the staff are very friendly.

Worst chicken I have tried, plus the staff just try to over charge you for any reason, and the chicken is just disgusting. I've been trying there like 5 times because I finish to work late and it's one of the only open place, but for real you are going to regret after getting food in here.

they advertise that they are open when in fact they are shut. I called the number to try and see if they were open before I came here as they are still open on Deliveroo very unhappy that this could have been avoided.
