“I went in last week and nearly gagged at the most disgusting smell coming from the fridges at the back of the shop (around the cheese and dairy). I quickly grabbed some of what I needed but didn't dare take anything from the back fridges in case the food was contaminated. When I checked out, I let the lady behind the counter know about the stench and she said she'd look into it. I went in again yesterday and nothing has changed. In fact, the smell hit me even before I got near the fridges. It honestly smells like something is dead in there. I can't even imagine how bad the hygiene must be to allow that smell to remain. I cannot face going in there again so am going to have to walk to Sainsbury's instead.”

Very relaxed atmosphere. Maybe shoppers are ordering on line as delivery drivers were queuing outside ready to take off.”

That is what you would call excellent customer service just before the store closed thank you for kindness and five star service Ldle west ealing .”
