From start to finish service and all the staff I met done a great job . The appointment booking was quick and efficient .The Optometrist was really good. She informed me about my eyes and made clear that I understood. All very friendly and efficient, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Big thank you from myself to Ana her service was excellent. In addition, Ana also repaired and cleaned my spare glasses completely free of charge, for which I am very grateful. Overall, I highly recommend this branch.

They don't have any concept of privacy. A young lady kept asking the same question several time despite the fact that my answer was clear. Do they think people are liar or do they think people are stupid? They sight test was great, the qualified team member was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately because of the extreme poor customer service I'll leave 1 star reviews.

1st time visit to Specsaver and found the staff very professional, friendly. Clear explanation of the procedure. The 3D scan of £10, excellent value for money. Happily recommend West Ealing branch.

Every thing has changed and improved in this world except specsavers glasses. So old fashioned. Nothing nice in their range. I wonder who chooses the style of the glasses to be on display ?Plus I had a contact lens test at 3.30, I arrived at 3.25 and waited till 3.50 and wasn?t called. I got up and left but on my way out I looked at the optometrist he had no customer and was on his laptop ? No apologies

Good friendly professional staffing but a few points to mention.15 minute wait for my test though at least the optometrist apologised for his lateness. So probably best not to take the first appointment after the lunch break period.A fair bit of upsell - if you say no to their first "offer" they'll try another. My prescription is far too weak to require one of the upgrades suggested. The glasses I received were manky, the arms of the frames were rickets-like in n their gape, nothing like the showroom pair that I was expecting, and unevenly warped as though they were second hand. They did correct the warps on a later visit that I made just to get that sorted which would not have been needed if the pair was in the same condition as the display model. So now I'll always have that doubt in my mind I'm wearing someone else's poorly refurbished castoffs.Next time, I'll give Asda opticians a go.

Visited Specsavers in West Ealing, London for a second opinion on the condition of my eyes; as my first optician down the road gave me the feeling that she saw me as an object on a conveyor belt.I found Specsavers in West Ealing to be a friendly environment with a great customer service ethos.Ms. Anoora Nazir was the optician who did a thorough detailed inspection of my eyes and gave detailed answers to any questions that I had and made me feel very much at ease. So much so that I decided there and then to switch to this company and branch for future eye check ups.Whilst there, I decided to buy a new pair of spectacles which to be fair were expensive. £350.00 for a single pair but the pricing is not store policy so you can't blame the staff. When I picked up my new spectacles, I was wonderfully taken care of by Gurmeet who was thoroughly engaging making sure that I didn't leave the store until the new spectacles fitted me exactly as I wanted. Both Anoora and Gurmeet who I interacted with at the West Ealing branch are a credit to Specsavers.

Good and friendly service. Honest advice on my options for glasses and contact lenses. Thorough inspection of my eyes. An extra £10 for the 3D scans which compares well to other opticians. Clean and calm store, well run with hand sanitiser everywhere. Recommended.

Vivian was excellent. She took the time to teach me how to put the lenses in and out. She was very patient and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Vivian

I rarely write reviews, but in this instance felt i should. I attended after a cataract op to replace lenses in new frames bought prior to op. Both the optician and after assistant, Purmeet, were excellent in my case. On top of that Jessica who i dealt with for collection went the extra mile and took my glasses to Ealing Broadway so i'd have them in time for a business trip. We are all quick to moan, but when service is good, we should take the time to say so.

Audiology services are NOT disabled/special-needs friendly.Audiologist was rude, arrogant, condescending, gaslighting, and is in high need of sensitivity training. Not all disabilities are visible, but regardless, this person lacks both empathy and sympathy to work in healthcare anyway. As a body language expert, I could see him backbiting behind his smile. As an empath, I very clearly felt that this person was more interested in belittling me than listening to my valid reasons for my special requests. I told them I wanted to work with them, but this chap was not interested in gaining a customer. And after I explained that their competitors have accommodated my special needs in a far more flexible and considerate manner than this bloke was interested in doing,he exposed his delusions, saying all the specialists I've seen were below standards.Interestingly, that's how I felt about him, and by extension Specsavers.Because after being publicly humiliated by this person's demeaning speech, I discovered that the waiting lists for emergency wax removal were a whole month away.I will stick my 'lower standard' competitors, who always treat me with respect and get the job done.Your ignorance prevents you from acknowledging that you are the only one turning away clients with your abusive 'take it or leave it' approach. Whilst competitors are reasonably trying to tailor policies to support rather than irritate my other long list of health issues. Nothing to do with standards.Walking into Specsavers, trusting the decision makers there to be as considerate and understanding as the frontline staff, rather than overly critical and insulting, was a waste of my time. Lesson learned.I only gave more than 1 star because the frontline staff were very inviting and friendly.Update 27Jun'23: I was asked to fill out the webform. The form is just a feedback request for everything I've already posted here on my review, but it stipulates that I enter all sorts of unnecessary personal contact information. Why should I duplicate my effort for a company who isn't available for appointments when I need them?

A special thank you to Gurmeet that had lots of patience over 24 hours in helping me choose the right frames.

Can you please explain why you charge £90 to fit new prescription lens in my own frame? If anything, you should encourage people to re-use their frames as a low cost option in these tough times. Also how is it environmentally sustainable to price it in a way that New glasses are the cheaper option? Does this pricing structure really make sense?

A lady claimed who is the manager at the West Ealing branch--has no patience and understanding with customers. Not willing to listen and has shown how I was wasted her time. Would not recommend to anyone.I wanted to get couple pair of new glasses after my eye test done this morning, and have looked around the shop and did not find anything I like and then I looked up specsavers online and found there are more options, so I went back to the shop and tried to get some assistance. I can't believe how bad the customer service it is for a shop manager, who also has helped to re-do a scan of my eye this morning --which the Optometrist asked to do the right side, but she did the left side. Definitely not recommend to anyone to come to this branch for such bad service.
