I have donated items to the Salvation Army in the US and I have supported the UK Charity with money more than once but I have never dealt with them any other way.I called the Ealing Branch to find out if I could donate some items and although the member of Staff was polite I was a bit disappointed to hear some of the policies: they only accept donations on Tuesdays and they are rather selective about what can be given.Not quite what I was expecting, considering the circumstances we are all living in.

on Monday, 22/08/22 at 18:00 I went to take new socks and work shoes because I am homeless I have been sleeping in the wallpole park since March this year, now I am looking for a job one of the volunteers when he saw that I was watching the shoes, he told me that it was not open yet I He asked me when I left, I saw how this person took a box of shoes and put it away, and of course none of the waiting people received and did not see these shoes anymore, because people who bring various things think that they help but none of those in need receive this help because volunteers they take it to their families

Such a very nice warm invioment and very caring people gave me and my partner good support and help when we were homeless living on the streets, they helpt me to regain strength and believe in myself and the Lord again thank you so much can't wait to see you all again very soon god bless you all xxx
