Very nice lady employee helped me pack my large shopping load into shopping bag and even took it all out to the car boot..and then took back the store trolley and returned with a pound coin!!! Brilliant customer service!!! Well done, Sainsburys!

Quiet and easy to access. Still feels like limited choice despite the large size of the store. Price matched to Aldi on selected food lines. Plenty of self-checkout tills.Removed most of the cashier tills for larger trolley-sized self-checkout tills.Scan while you shop is available on your mobile, making checkout a lot quicker.

Been shopping here for years. Lifts are a real problem, for at least 2 weeks none of 3 lifts were working. Went shopping there today, went down the stairs, but came across 2 drug addicts shooting up, was horrified and went back to get lift. Reported to security, have decided not to return there again, Waitrose seems a better option, don't care if more expensive, after today's upsetting scene on the stairs. So beware.

Pretty decent shop.Large, lots of choice.Generally a clean shop.Only complaint is stocking of shelves. Oftentimes when I've been in, the shelves are half full. No shortages just poor upkeep.

Good layout. Has good food selection for this modest sized shop. Good cheese selection, bit basic for meat but the shop stocks items for the local community. Deli and fish counter have been replaced with an Argos collection point. Staff friendly. There are now more self-service tills and a couple of in person tills. I also like the selection of fresh cut flowers.

Customer here for 8 years. Nectar card the whole lot. This evening after spending over £60 on groceries and paid no receipt paper or voucher paper was in either machine, both tried to print but nothing in either. Called over a employee named Taha, he refilled the receipt paper got a receipt all good, told him about the voucher paper and done the same. He then informed me he couldn?t see or reprint what vouchers were due to come out. Went back and fourth for a while when i asked to call the store manager over, a man named Aneet arrived. Explained my vouchers never printed, he told me there was nothing he could do and dismissed me. I told him as of no fault of my own he would have to give me something be it £1 voucher or something, he declined until i said no problem. I?d like to do a refund for my £60 shop and he then went off to get me £1 coin.Didn?t like this as what is the point of a nectar card if you won?t get the vouchers from it due to the store not having printers filled with paper. Only when i asked for a refund he changed his tune.Loyalty to customers isn?t a priority with this Sainsbury?s it seems.Hope this helps someone else as they?d be quick enough to say sorry nothing we can do and leave it at that.
