The people who work here are lovely and very helpful - I go out of my way to go to this post office instead of other ones. They always have a smile on their face and I haven't ever been over-charged here (I have in other places). Would recommend! A special mention to Uttam too :-)

An OK Post Office, the ladies that work here behind the counter are very nice and friendly and have always obliged with any request made, including proof of postage for pre-paid or part prepaid items of mail. Its just a shame that the men who occasionally work here especially on the weekend are as far away as possible from the ladies, can't even give me correct postage or even print off a correct Proof Of Postage receipt. I see why the neighbouring Leeland Road PO always has a queue!

Clueless staff.\\nToday I was posting large 2nd class letters , everything ready to go, prepaid , 96 p stamps on the letters, the only thing I wanted were certificates/ proof of posting for two large letters therefore spend 10 minutes queuing.\\nExplained clearly what I wanted yet she still tells me to post the letters in a post box outside as they are \\\" prepaid\\\" . What reason would I queue for then ? To have a friendly chat, waste my time ?\\nI am quite aware of existence of post boxes.\\nThey are both polite ladies and there is no badness in them but completely clueless when it comes to services requested. Do your research online as they won't help you and you will be sending large letters as small parcels, paying thrice ( or more) as much\\nFor best service, knowledge and efficiency just go up the road to the Leeland Road Post Office ( also on Uxbridge Road but retained its old location in its name) .\\nOverall disappointing experience.

Always pleasant staff. Very helpful and very efficient. The men by the front of the shop are the opposite - told me to close the door, which is fair enough, but had some attitude when he said so.

Poor service, took a free returns Zara parcel there and they stated that I'd have to print a bigger return label, I told them most post offices manually type it in and when the polite worker checked with the rude management they said that this was not possible so I took it down the road where they did it immediately!

I go regularly at post office. Never had a complaint about them , always friendly, efficient and professional. Comparing to others branches , they are the best so far and quick too.

I usually visit post office often. There are three post office in my area and this one is best one. Ealing Broadway post office is one of worst one.

Good post office. staff are efficient and friendly, place is kept clean and well organised. Usually plenty of staff on site to keep queues to a minimum.
