This has to be the most worst Lidl... I think it is so under staffed or very poorly managed .I popped in to pick up a few items and the queue was right at the end of the aisle- such a joke. The worst of all is they had 4 or 5 self service tills closed. I tried to wait... but I was getting no where. Myself and another person gave the staff our baskets and went elsewhere. The staff member took my basket and put it with all the others who did exactly the same. So disgraceful to watch customers leave and not do anything about it. I will never go back there again!

This particular Lidl is okay, but it is quite dirty and I think better organisation of the place would be more beneficial for the staff and customers, there is never enough tills open and not everyone wanna scan their own shopping on self checkout. The bakery leaves much to desire, staff however is okay

Even though it was late and the staff had had a long day, one store employee named Miss Andirian or Andriana went above and beyond by showing me the items I wanted while smiling sweetly. That is what you would call excellent customer service just before the store closed thank you for kindness and five star service Ldle west ealing .

Manager was so rude, when we asked him for help, his reply was "what a stupid question you've have asked" !!! How can a manager speak to a customer like that? We was so angry. It was very early morning. Our day was ruined by this idiot arrogant!

Yesterday I visited the lidl to buy some stuff there , when I was on the till I just scanned one item on the till,the till was stopped I called the man who is already working there ,suddenly the security guard came down and become very rude to me without any reason , I said to him change your way of talking, he is already argued with 2, 3 customers, he should have manners how to deal with customerss , he made my day worse. If he becomes upset every one there is no customer going to the lidl. Give some manners to security guard, how to deal with customer. In their eye's every customer is theif there . Thx

Good value on most items, but not always the cheapest so still pays to shop around. A shame that this store isn?t bigger & doesn?t have the full range.

Security person using his authority to check on vulnerable person, I'm disabled.I have been to Lidl for years, I have never seen a single person having their bags searched by a security agent. Today at 20:00 I checked out in the West Ealing branch. I guess the security person got bored and decided to check my bag. In his eyes I could see that he was convinced that he will find something, and believe me he tried! He couldn't see the difference in chocolates and have then checked by someone else. I could see his deception seeing there was nothing to declare.Now what are the criteria for stop and search? In all supermarket I've been, they search if the alarm ring when getting out, or if they got information of someone stilling. So why was I stopped, considering I am disable and all the inconveniences this cause, extra time standing.... EtcNow managers of Lidl, all over the country, don't you think it would be wiser to have a till open for people less able to stand, with a disabled sign for instance, instead of making disabled people's lives more complicated than it already is.Plus, I still not see MY benefits by using the automatic checkout, only inconveniences.

I wanted to take the time to write this review because of the Manager Saeed. Today my Auntie was in need of help and he came to help her out. He went above and beyond his managerial duties and helped my Auntie while she had to wait for me to arrive.Saeed the manager also kept on top by calling me to keep me updated on my Auntie. I would like to send a massive thank you and for your kindness to also answer call beyond your shift as well.Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend this Lidl and especially the Manager because they are all awesome!!

Expensive juice machine near main entrance why? Not that there's a cost of living crisis is there?; 35p for a tiny roll. Coleslaw packs split and leaking. Not much variety in stock. C'mon get your act together. Need more staff and better stock.

Small store run by a small staff, every interaction i?ve had with them has been positive, the southasian security guy is always helpful, same goes for people at the automatic tills. Great little lidl to have in the area with all the essentials for your house at a more than good price.If you want to do a big shop and expect a till with a working human cashier you will be very disappointed, most likely won?t find one ever haha.
