I was disgusted at the man who was manager in your shop he spoke to the staff a young lady very bad he shout at her while she was serving me I also started to shake after he shouted I was so hurt by the way he spoke to her she is not there to be abused by his shouting and anger he treat her like a slave I felt so sorry for her

I would give Morena a -10 as she has no manners and no training on customer service whatsoever. Rude, impolite and has no knowledge of the products they have. I have always been allowed in with my dog but just now she shouted at me and told me to pick him up (he?s almost 10kg).\\nAnd about the product I was looking for:\\nThe sage capsules I normally buy were about £17.99 the last time I bought them not that long ago. Now it?s £30!!! They put the prices up before the ?penny sale? less than a week ago and today it was: ?buy one, get one half price?.\\nI would not recommend this place at at and will only go back if I?m desperate.

The service is hit and miss in this shop: there is a good selection of products but I agree with previous reviews, sometimes the queue is so long and having one member of Staff on the till over lunchtime does make the experience a little nightmare.
It's such a shame, because I like the Company overall.The loyalty card is a pain, I am regularly harassed to get one in every Branch and I have resorted to shop online instead.

I was informed of the Penny sale by an assistant Anna who showed me the discounted items that provided me with a discount I wasnâ??t expecting thank you Anna for your good service to me today.

I visited this place on Thursday 26th January 2017 and will never go there again. The staff were incompetent and borderline rude. I was looking for Organic sweet almond oil. The first staff I asked showed me a bottle of sweet almond oil and when I asked if they had pure cold pressed organic ones, she said "all our oils are organic". I tried to explain to her that just saying it would not make the product organic and there were a few requirements other than someone saying so for a product to be organic. She argumented that "all the Holland and Barrett beauty products were organic". I gave up and was about to leave when this sale assistant decided to check with the cashier. The cashier confirmed the Almond oil was not organic but that for a product to be labelled organic all the company did was buy a sticker! I was disgusted and left.
Holland and Barrett should be proud of their staff slagging off organic products. It's not the first time i have a negative experience with the lack of knowledge of Holland and Barrett's sales assistants. I will simply never shop there again. There are plenty of other health and organic shops around where staff actually know what they are talking about.
