Sorry I have to update my review, ordered yesterday and the food was rancid and slimy, couldn't eat it at all ? wasted a lot of money unfortunately but it was that or Food poisoning.. it's been warm maybe the fridges need attention but unfortunately have been put off after this experience ?

Good food but? its 3rd time I've picked up a takeaway from there and 1st time had to waist it all :(
Found pice of hair in my chicken.. not a big deal.. till I found 2 more in the same portion and when i was wrapping up noodles on my fork got another one, the longest hair of them all? just wrapping up all over the fork? shame as I really enjoyed it till today? please get some hairnets or something to don't ruin it to anyone else? unfortunately I don?t think ill be getting anything from there for a while?

My dependable Chinese down the road. Consistently good quality wherever I roam across the menu, good prices and ready promptly. I always collect and it is ready in 15 minutes max.

Cash payment only he tries making me order on just eat when it was 7.90 on just eat then he said order it on that I'll give you a large portion but cash payment the large portion was only 5.70

Ordered food at 7.30. Eta was 8.15pm. Rang restaurant at 8.40pm and I heard them apologising to 3 other people about kitchen being slammed and no one to deliver.If you can?t cook food, and you can?t deliver food don?t take the orders. If there is an issue don?t pretend it is not your issue. The food arrived and was greasy and tepid. Overall a pretty poor experience.

I?m shocked at other people?s reviews , Happy garden has fantastic food and always busy with other customer waiting so it cannot be that bad!! I will always use them. The reason they only take cash is that credit card companies charge for the use of a card meaning they would have to put their prices up and they don?t want to do that as it?s well priced Please ignore bad reviews and give them a try!! The quality of the food overall is very poor. The meat in my pork dish example was clearly old / deep frozen and as tough as leather boots. This place is a bad example of Chinese food. You're far better off going to My Old China in Acton which serves actual proper Chinese food and of a much much better quality.
