“There is a good selection. It's a superstore. The stock seems plentiful. Blueberries from Lidl specifically the Driscools brand, are sweet and delicious - the best quality of blackberries I ever had. They do pastries and probably has the most for fresh produce in addition to the big Sainsbury's behind it.”

“Good selection of frozen food, what makes Iceland unique is the variety of different frozen products they have which you may not find in other well known supermarkets like Tesco or Sainsbury's. Staff are lovely, always friendly despite being under pressure from a massive queue of customers, seems like one checkout is always open each time, what would be good is if Iceland could get some self checkouts installed in the future.”

“Brilliant in-store experience today. My mother is in a wheelchair, and not only was it nice and easy to navigate the store with its wide clear aisles, but we were trying to track down a specific product that was showing as in stock, but wasn’t on the shelf and Luke and Maya were absolutely brilliant, so helpful. Luke eventually found some in the back and really took the time to make sure we had what we needed. Yasemin on the till was also so lovely and thoughtful and really made my mum’s day. Two thumbs way up for the team and the fantastic level of customer service we received”

“I went in last week and nearly gagged at the most disgusting smell coming from the fridges at the back of the shop (around the cheese and dairy). I quickly grabbed some of what I needed but didn't dare take anything from the back fridges in case the food was contaminated. When I checked out, I let the lady behind the counter know about the stench and she said she'd look into it. I went in again yesterday and nothing has changed. In fact, the smell hit me even before I got near the fridges. It honestly smells like something is dead in there. I can't even imagine how bad the hygiene must be to allow that smell to remain. I cannot face going in there again so am going to have to walk to Sainsbury's instead.”

“probably the best main supermarket in Ealing. Plenty of parking area. even has a recycle area . the main shop is always nice and clean throughout the staff always helpful and friendly. reasonable priced good quality products you do get what you pay for.”
