I went here at 7.30am for an Omelette baguette and a flat white, the shop is clean and modern and the young girl serving was friendly. I looked at the pastries first but they looked a bit burnt and overcooked. The baguette was a bit cold but tasted fine and the coffee was decent enough. I paid £4.05 and would go again if the only other option was McDonald?s which is filth.

I?m very happy to say that Luke made our eat in experience very pleasant, he helped by telling me how the app works, also cleaning the table and bringing out our food (freshly prepared by a very nice fella - Sean) Nic was very polite and friendly too which helped make our experience a lot better. There were a lot of school children in the store, some were sitting on the newly cleaned tables - they were very rude and loud, but full credit to Luke, he asked them politely to stop sitting on the tables - I noticed one of the children broke the handle of the exit door and laughed. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our time there. We will call again soon.

Most horrible service, I ordered the food and waited 10min just to find out that they have given my food to someone else. I asked the guy on counter he started arguing with me that now I have to wait again 10 min.
The people working in Greggs have no any consideration and do not know what is customer service.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have no respect for their customers.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I go there everyday , it always been very good with the ladies on the till. This time there was a new guy and he was so rude while it was like he was throwing food or slamming on the counter the food I was buying. I asked to speak to the manager but even the manager was dismissive.
I was very polite in my conversation trying to explain what I normally buy for same price. But the response I got was so horrible. They have no manners of how to speak. You are lucky you did not mess with the wrong person.
Since then I have chose to buy my breakfast elsewhere.

Food is always cold
Easily it will take 10-15 min to get one sausage roll

In veg only couple items there, still those items not cook well and always cold.
Coming to service, it will take like ages to get just one vegan sausage roll

Only one person at the till (elderly) more than 10 people in the queue and no staff came in to help. Took more than 5mins to serve one customer at 7:48 peak time???
