Horrible customer service. Called the location regarding my UberEats order. The guy on the phone hung up the phone every time I called him. Took me 5 attempts to get to him and he was rude when I finally reached out. Being such a big company would expect atleast the least bit of customer service, but this location and the person responsible of the orders is least concerned. Love the food but the only reason I wouldn?t order is the bad service! Definitely not worth my money! Goodbye Domino?s West Ealing!

Leo the manager is so nice and friendly, we visited this store yesterday and his service was excellent. First time I experienced such friendly service, food was all fresh and was happy to be served by Leo. Thank you so much

Ordered delivery and got the vegan pepperoni and vegan margherita pizzas along with the vegan side wedges. Everything arrived hot and fresh! The vegan cheese melts nicely, and the pepperoni has a great texture and flavor. The wedges were crispy and a perfect side. Really glad they have solid vegan options ? a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal!

Review:
I ordered from Domino?s and had the worst experience imaginable. After eating the pizza, I was violently ill for hours, vomiting repeatedly and completely losing sleep. It?s now been 48 hours, and I still feel groggy and unwell. This was clearly caused by the pizza, and the fact that I?m still feeling the effects days later is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed and will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Absolute scum bags. Possibly the worst pizza and customer experience ever. It's a shame as I grew up with dominoes and always liked it even though its not the best quality.
The corporate set up they have now is beyond comprehension, they're driving everything through their app and the Internet, which ends up with a awful customer experience.

Extremely dirty the men don?t wash their hands one scratching his bum the rest not in uniform just doing any and everything I had to make them wash their hands very nasty. Handling phones touching bums serving when and as they please no hello just see you and ignore you chatting in the back until you shout what a ghetto mess

Ordered a pizza from here on just eat for delivery. Only 5 minute drive down the road from me. Food didn?t arrive even after the time specified (over an hour later). Tried to call and check on the order but phone wasn?t answered. Terrible service, do not reccommend.

Shockingly bad value for money. Do not buy from this chain, as you do have good independent pizza shops around. I would even say that it is a rip off. The pizza in the picture was about £24?.

I think they're gaming the delivery system that Dominos HQ monitor as they'll mark the item delivered 20-40 mins before it arrives they do this consistently and can be quite disconcerting for the customer.
They got my order wrong on a half and half pizza, they were quick to resolve and get the correct pizza back out to me however I found it quite comical that they needed the wrong half of the pizza back for 'training purposes' ?
Pizza Hut and Pappa Johns in the area seem to offer a better quality of service.
