06/11/2023 Morning- Very rude staff. They asked me to leave when I recieved a phone call from my cousin brother about my sick aunt. I was on the phone talking in a not loud voice for sure for 2 minutes. But in my Im not sure if they were being racist as i was speaking in a different language. She yelled that I need tp leave as Im being too loud and "talking talking " disturbing others. Irony is that the whole time i was in the shop the lady at counter was gossiping with another lady about their financial issues and men loudly for everyone to hear. Such a disgrace for all charity shops and this country !

Poor customer service overall, You doing great job by raising fund for charity but you also need think about customers who donate their hard earned cash by buying goods from you, bought items broken and also bought clothes that has hole on them. Brought them back to store but they refuse to refund. Feel like robbed.

The side pavement always has a pile of clothes. It *seems* that they are unwanted donations and are discarded this way.Very sad and neglectful attitude, as the clothes get soaked and dirty, they could be donated to people in need but instead go to waste... not a very charitable attitude for a charity shop.As a suggestion, the store could at least put them in a ?pick if needed box? to protect them from damage and be donated!

Impolite staff who swore at us because we did not hang the trousers back on the rail after trying it - should not be working at a charity shop with such an attitude!!
