I'm with this pharmacy more than 20 years, and all I can say is: pure joy to see "my girls" or charming pharmacyst who no matter of huge pressurein tiny space, manage to gave me ( us) smile or ask how are we. I don't even ask about repeat prescriptions anymore, every single one of staff know in advance. Only question will eventualy be : Is it for you or husband?I think THIS TELLS YOU ALL about their ability, proffesionalism.Sometimes I just pop in to get advice, or just to see kind faces, or to give a Christmas card which all of them deserve for all hard, responsible job they all do.Seriously I very much like "my Yiewsly Pharmacy.Merry Christmas to all fabulous staff in Phillips Yiewsley PharmacyWith Mrs. S Brook

Poor customer service, least bothered to help customers. I went to collect a prescription and they told me it was not available. I asked them if they could order it, the reply was so rude that staff between themselves were winking each other to avoid ordering my prescription. In fact they refused to order it without explanation. I went to another pharmacy and they too didn?t had the prescription, but they asked me if they could order it so it?s available the next day. This is the difference between Yiewsley Chemist and a typical UK pharmacy.What if at my place there was someone with disabilities? Would you avoid them by being utterly unhelpful and being incompetent?It?s completely understandable not every prescription item is available, but not offering them to be ordered in a avoiding manner is unacceptable and displays incompetency.

I specifically phoned up to ask if my partner could come in to collect my prescription as I was unwell and gave her my prepayment prescription certificate.I was told that would be fine and she made a special diversion on foot to pick it up.When she got there they would not give her my meds.There are plenty of other local pharmacies. Do yourself a favour and use of those instead.

Although I've never experienced rudeness or any other behaviour. I must say that I find it frustrating that a Pharmacy is closed on a Saturday!! Unbelievable.I work away and it's almost impossible for me to get my prescription unless it's a Saturday!!

I just went in to get a prescription and I stood there for 10 minutes being completely ignored by the 4 members of staff working. There was one other person in the store that had already received their prescription. Lazy staff or poorly managed.

Bunch of karens in there, they don't wanna work. Dealt with almost every other receptionist due to repeat prescriptions. Either they don't wanna work or they think we are bunch of cheap third class customers begging them for free stuff.P.S i do pay for all of my prescriptions and they still treat customers with unnecessary attitude.

I will be making a complaint straight to NHS England and I would advise everyone else to do the same! Poor customer service plus they put me in a very bad situation by not ordering the meds once they got my prescription it was only ordered when I came to collect after knowing it?s been 4/5 days since I requested the meds! Will never again go to them and I hope they get closed off all they do is chit chat about their ages/striking etc. whilst the pharmacy is full of people waiting to be served!!!

I bought a medicine at 13:30 but instead of buying spray bought liquid. I returned at 15:20ish to exchange it and they said "Sorry we cannot do that because it's company policy when the drug leaves the store, you cannot return or exchange it" I replied to the kind lady that I didn't open it, she replied "I know, I am sorry but this is company policy."This policy was never explained to me when I was buying the medicine. What kind of Dictatorial policy is this. Although the medicine costed £4.39 what am I going to do with it? As the cost of living is rising, I think this is purely heartless policy.Staff is nice but horrible policy.

Some of the starff are rude,they ask you for your persnal data in ear shot of outher customers they also mention your medications infrount of customers im on a few imbarassing ones that i dont want outher customers yo know im being perscribed..pharmaceys are awarer of GDPR and breach it constantly whilst they are doing this...the ICO are awere of this parmacey breaching peoples sensitive data...thank god i get my meds elsewere now..shameful chemist Avoid..Avoid Avoid..!!!!
