I?ve been getting my cars washed here for past 2 years and have the following observations. Whenever there isn?t a queue of cars to be washed the quality is excellent for what they are doing, as they aren?t rushed and can take their time. The cost of a wash, in my opinion, maybe higher than the competition, but when not rushed the outcome is better. I?ve always gone for the Gold wash, which is outside and inside. There will be some small trim areas that might get missed or not quite 100%, but they are not detailers, who charge in the hundreds of pounds for that level of service, so I feel expectations should be realistic to not expect perfection, because if that is what is required then a detailer is what you will be after, not a hand car wash.

Main person at car wash was ready to sort out diesel smell from one part on passenger?s seat(near side) however in rush he even did not do proper valet when he was agreed to take out that smell , he mentioned do Monty wash and it will gone so have paid £60 but after 4 days smell still there even I have left car open for 12 hours and with sun area too. Overall it?s not looks professional with valet and service , felt like I should not go that car wash*.

I left my car to be washed. They asked for £40 to wash and clean the inside. I accepted. The inside was cleaned but the outside was not cleaned properly. I still had mud on the car, liked it was never washed.The worst was the arrogance of one of the persons there when I told him that my car was not washed to satisfaction.They wash quickly and do not do their job properly and they charge you and over that they are arrogant and persistant and confrontal. Never again will I take my car there and I hope that many people after reading my review boycott this place. Better give the business elsewhere.

Went for a car wash today, smear marks left everywhere on my car after using this car wash & my windscreen was not clean either. bonnet was left filthy! I could have done a better job blindfolded. Won?t be coming back again. Should have known it was below average as I was the only customer in sight. AVOID

I can only speak for myself and my mother who regularly use this car wash service as we live near it. They do superb job, not one scratch on either car. The best person there is the manager of the car wash. Nice friendly guy. Definitely recommend

My car has a bunch of scratches all over the car when I came to pick it up. Further more the car may look shiny but the dried water drips stand out like a saw thumb and the mudguard isn?t even clean! Not going here again

Ask for the standard service for 15 pound then charge me 20 after wash and claim my car was big therefore the price is higher. I should read the reviews before come here. Btw the guy even took the photo of my car, look like try to use for something.

Guy is very rude no manners , very disappointed not bringing my car any more. Paid 25 pounds last month today was 30 , he said take or leave it. He is making up prices how he wish ?
