We visited early afternoon and the place was very quiet, which is good but didn?t add to the atmosphere overall. Nonetheless the food was great, service very good, so nothing to complaint about!

Very welcoming, local feel pub.
Food was nice and good selection, but 2 out of the 5 of us had a hair in our food.

A dying breed of old English pubs but this is a little gem ?, friendly staff and great food and my beer came in a ice frosted glass ?, the history of this place and nearby area is fascinating. Cliff who sits on the corner of the bar is a local historian has a wealth of information but if he tells you about the weather stone which was dug up when the runway was built then tell him to do one ?

Convenient location close to LHR - chosen as we only had a few hours for family reunion before connecting flight - this lovely old pub delivered all we hoped for. Super staff and very decent food.

Quaint little neighborhood pub a few min away from Heathrow. The food was pretty good recommend the fish and chips. The staff was quite friendly.

Beautiful old pub with delicious proper home cooked food. Its under the flight path of Heathrow but don't let this put you off. Long may lovely old pubs like this exist?

Just popped in to check if they did food, as we were at a hotel nearby. Staff were friendly and courteous, we didn't eat there in the end, but the menu looked good

Dreadful. They closed [unannounced] at 22.10. I'd only arrived at 22.00 (10 minutes earlier) and no indication was given. They advertise 11 pm closing. I actually walked ten minutes (from the Premier Inn) to support local business. I won't bother in future. I don't normally gripe, but the attitude was shocking.

Chose the White Horse as we wanted somewhere with country pub character within easy reach of Heathrow. Exceeded our expectations - not only is it old, pretty and full of charm, but also serves great pub food and has genuinely lovely people on both sides of the bar. Highly recommended if, like us, you had limited time but wanted to escape the airport.

£22 for sausage and mash or chilli and rice. Used to be a great pub with good prices but now it?s more expensive than the airport hotels. Avoid. Managers are greedy. Shame.

A perfect food and watering hole close to T5. We spent 2 days recently (staying at Premier Inn T5) A very welcoming traditional pub with excellent food quality and choice, and a range of drinks. Very friendly staff and only a very short walk from the Premier Inn T5.
