We had a great experience at The Plough during an unscheduled layover at Heathrow. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was exactly what we'd hoped for, and the food was delicious.

Lovely spot with delightful staff, summer patio overflowing with beautiful flowers, fantastic menu and beers on tap, and reasonable prices. Food was absolutely delightful too.

Good variety of beers and an electric mix of food options. Belly pork was great the last time, not so today. Fried squid was great, and so were the chicken kebabs.

Absolutely shocking experience. Walked into this place, clearly a new face, and was met with a frosty reception. Tried to order a drink, and you'd think I'd asked for the crown jewels! Was basically told they weren't serving new customers. What kind of pub operates like that? Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being parched and unwelcome. Zero stars if could. Never going here.
