I was there today to wash my car, I asked for 3 star service. When It’s nearly done I ask a staff member for price then he said £25. I paid him full amount. 1 minutes later the manager come to ask me to pay £5 more because my car was very dirty. I did not accept to pay extra money for that funny reason. The cleaning service has deteriorated unfotunately. The staff can't talk in English or politely. The bald manager with beard is good talker and charges £2 extra for his attention to cleaning.
