This building is certainly from the 1940s, terribly outdated. You can see immense amounts mold right at the entrance canopy. ?Good? for air travel staff to stay due to the proximity to T5 but why would want the public ever have a good reason to come here?

It's nice that it's close to the airport but it's bad because it's close to the airport. The noise of the planes doesn't come through too badly, though. If you're taking the shuttle back to terminal 5, be aware it's still a 30-minute ride because they stop at like 5 hotels on the route, and it cost the same as a taxi if you're traveling with someone.

Really lovely spacious room and a sparkling bathroom.Easy check in and check out. Lots of parking. Would recommend to stay here if you need to stay near Heathrow.

Stayed at the Sheraton on business. Absolutely lovely hotel! Rooms were of a great standard and comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good for a Cast Iron (sometimes the steaks can be hit or miss at Marriotts, but they were definitely a hit here) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Club Lounge was also comfortable and was well-stocked with a selection of soft drinks and canapes during happy hour. Special mention to the bar staff in the Discovery Bar for their great suggestions on both food and drinks, and the general manager who took time out of her day to check my stay was all up to standard when I was checking out. Impeccable service.Worth noting the TV in the exec room I stayed in is recessed into the wall, so if you travel with a chromecast or firetv stick for entertainment, you may have trouble plugging it in. But not a dealbreaker.All in all, a perfect stay. Absolutely zero complaints. Will definitely stay here again next time i'm in the area

Not stayed here before, often need a place for night before heading off from LHR. This was great Hilton standard, close to T5, and rental car drop in the morning. This is my new go to place.

Stayed here before a flight, selected by a colleague due to being where the hire car was dropped off.Hotel was clean, well maintained and very busy.Rooms OK, a bit small otherwise pretty much same as for any big chain hotel. Comfy bed but no bath, just a shower.Restaurant was expensive and disappointing. Steak was basically tasteless. Breakfast was a poor as well.Don't bother with the 20% off unless you signup the day before - bit of a scam IMO.
