Ammar who was working in night shift denied to serve me as he said floor is mopped and will take 20 minutes. Seriously? Very bad customer service and on top shouting on me. Arul is the Manager please take this seriously as he is getting paid to serve the customers.

Very friendly, clean, and efficient. Very good. If here for 20mins or more (eg car wash with a queue) give your registration to the counter staff otherwise you will likely get a fine from the ANPR cameras for overstaying the 20mins limit. Good station. Not the cheapest, but you get that for convenience right.

Im driving with my family I have two kids and we stopped because my two kids need to go toilet and the bad thing was the toilet was out of service and this was very disappointing for me because is a service area it supposes to have a toilet available thank you

2 chargers have been broken for over 6months. The guy behind the till is useless.
AVOID USING THE TOILET ITS DISGUSTING AND YOU CAN SMELL IT FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FORCOURT ? I asked if it even gets cleaned as it?s always the same everytime I come here, the guy said it?s where people are in and out all day but people are always in and out of every shell toilet but this is the worst one I?ve ever been too!
No excuse for it to smell like that if it was cleaned regularly like it states they are. No way has this been cleaned for months

Parked my car in the petrol station and done some shopping after i went to the car the manager came around swearing why i parked the car there its his petrol station i shouldnt be parking there, i will be contacting shell regarding this rude manager he didnt had any badge with his name nor will he give me his name, he is from sri lanka and he stank of alcohol while he was shouting. I will be in touch with the head office.

Very rude behaviour of staff, specially the lady with tall height. Doesn?t have any sense how to talk with customers. And manager is also very rude, all of them very talking in their own language so we don?t know what they are talking.
