Had a wonderful experience with oakwood estates. Lettings team is very professional and responded to queries very fast esp Jamie made our move possible in a very short time frame and even when not physically present he made sure someone was available to help. Arrived at the property for a viewing 10 mins before my appointment time. The estate agent was already inside of the property when we buzzed in. Upon entering the property I was disappointed to see that the current tenant and family were inside which made the viewing process feel rushed as it felt like we were intruding. I felt like overall the viewing was very rushed as another applicant buzzed in as we were still inside, because of this I feel as though the letting agent wouldn?t of been able to make good judgement of applicants to pass to the landlord for reference.

It was a pleasure to meet Jamie Henderson from the Oakwood Estates West Drayton office earlier in April. He visited my one bedroom flat and provided me with an honest opinion and valuation. He has clear knowledge of the local property market and area. No question was too much trouble to ask and as a new landlord thats reassuring. I was guided through the process of letting step by step and provided with excellent tips and literature. Thank you Jamie, a great asset to your organisation. When my next property becomes available I'll be letting it through Oakwood Estates.
