I went there the other day for a simple identity check, as he applied online and wanted to finish his application.The moist rude Indian guy, didn't even had the courtesy to stand up, " oh this is not possible, you need this" . That guy is rude and doesn't know what is talking about, needs to be fired.Went to another branch and sorted it out in 5 min.

You hardly ever see it open to the public. It show up as open on Google and then you drive there and realise it's closed. Kindly close the branch if you can no longer run it and save customers the stress and fuel.

Well i went there to change my address in my business account. First she sad the computer not working but could work in 1hr. So I went back in 1.5hrater and the computer still not working. Seriously in the bank has only 1 bloody computer? That absolutely disappointing. To trust the bank where no computer working.

Went to bank as been told by online banking Lloyd?s to take identification to unlock my account. I was in bank at 16.15 hours two windows open small que. when I went to one window for my turn the manager came started talking to the staff and next thing they push the blind down without acknowledging or saying sorry I have to go to next window. So went back in que waited 20 minutes as the only opened counter lady got issue with keyboard on computer so my turn cane at 15.45. I told the lady I am here to with identification to unblock account so that I can do online transaction. She said she can only help to to transfer funds and she can?t do identification check. So I asked to see bank manger who cane out and said that we don?t do this in this beach. I asked shy not then he changed the story that it is 10 minutes to five and they don?t have enough time to that. I told him I am here since 4.15 pm and I want this to be done as I had to transfer money from my business account to supplier. The manager said he can?t do it stood up and showed me the food to leave I said I am not leaving as bank is still open and I should be dealt with. He threatened to close my account if i dong leave I said I am not leaving then he threatened to call the police I asked for his name he went inside his cabin. The lady on counter called me and gave his card and repeated that my account can be closed. The bank manager name is sumit main. This the worst bank service and specially from bank manager. I have three accounts with Lloyd?s and now I will be closing all three account with them which were operation for Iver 4 years with balance of over £150,000Avoid this branch
