Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid, If you need anything done quickly. Even though we were existing clients, after a personal visit, numerous phone calls (which were not returned), over a three week period, I gave up in trying to get a simple engagement letter for them to be instructed on another matter.To give... read full comment
