I went to register, I rung their bell the 2nd generation South asian lady with shoulder lenght hair got up and went at the back she didn't waited for me to approach reception desk so I went to get registration papers from surgery next to their reception desk and this was after 6pm but before I been there but I didn't wanted go inside but then I changed my mind and wend back again what she saw me doing it. Anyway after reading reviews here I'm glad I didn't went there because apparently their receptionists sucks ?

Sally is not supposed to be working as a receptionist. she is rude and always have a problem with her. I called the GP to book an appointment for my Son he is coughing and have a high-temperature which wasn?t getting better after giving him paracetamol. I explained to her and she just told me to continue with the medication. Sally you are not a Doctor! You are receptionist Darling. I called the reception again and another receptionist booked us with doctor. If the reason I was calling was good enough to another lady why it wasn?t good enough for you sally ? I will not write another issues I had with you in the past you rude heartless child-hater

Absolute joke- both doctors and reception team.The doctor does not wven know his job properly, and for me to get an appointment for my newborn I have to ask my midwife to book an apoointment, so I can get it on the same day ( my baby sufferes from cows milk protein allergy), because when I call they do not take me seriously and give appointment for next month, while the baby sufferes here and now.I am disguisted by the level of knowledge and lack of care of doctors in this practise.Words cannot describe it. Avoid at all costs- better to pay money and go private, where someone with knowledge and care will look after you.

The doctors here are decent. Dr Dhanan is quite helpful and cares and explains everything.Now the one star is only because of the admin staff and the receptionist staff. Oh boy, the whole system doesn't work. I was told my appointment got cancelled for no reason. I have been waiting for almost a month to see the doctor and they postpone it. When asked why, they don't know.Why run a dysfunctional place like this at all?

Dr NagiI've met a lot of medical professionals as I've reached my senior years. My mother, a midwife throughout the war, went on to become an amazing medical professional with such excellent intuitive awareness that our GP, whom she worked with, relied on her daily. Dr Nagi at the high street practice reminds me of her. Smart, intuitive, patient & certainly the sharpest knife in the box. She has that deep humanity missing in many of us & certainly that X factor so rare these days.This GP is GOLD!

They got very Very bad customer service. First they don't pickup call even If they pickup then reception staff so rude. I call on reception and wait nearly 1hr and 30 mns and their system telling me I'm on queue number 1 and no body pickup call.. better change our GP because they are so useless.

Just been to the Surgery for the 1st time since joining. The receptionist was very helpful, she even went as far as finding me a blood test appointment on the same day as i finished with the doctor. No idea why this Surgery has such a low score or review, my only thought is people either dont understand that every member of staff has a job to do or other Surgeries are giving negative views.I'd recommend this Surgery to my friends and family.

The receptionist ( an old lady ) Sally is so rude. Despite explaining her about the condition of my young child she refused to give me an appointment, besides, she got me disconnected and before that she told me ? do whatever you want, we have no appointment for you ? my son?s asthma got so bad and he is so poorly. No idea, if the receptionist has any problem with our name/surname.

Fix your reception I try to book the appointment and the woman on the phone literally close the phone before i even understand what she was saying

changed over from previous doctors and it?s the best thing i?ve done. I haven?t had one bad experience . The reception is polite, doctors are very caring from my experience with Dr.Nagi and Dr.Dhanani . Would definitely recommend. Am finally getting the care that is needed

i?ve never had a bad experience with this doctors or the receptionist . they?ve all been considerate, polite and caring. i had a bad experience with my previous doctor so me and my family have moved over . best decision i ever made. i finally feel comfortable going and seeing a doctor. My doctor is Dr.Nagi but i?ve also had great experience with the others :)
