Experienced a problem with my i4, which appears to be down to a supplier to BMW (Vitesco), sending a bad batch of parts through to be used in building EVs last year.I heard horror stories of 2 months or more waiting on replacement parts due to demand.Gavin & team at Berry diagnosed the problem quickly and managed to source a new part within the week. Gavin kept me updated regularly as to what was going on - top bloke ? thank you!

Updated 01/02/24:Revisited Berry Heathrow again last week and the service from the team here hasn't changed. Informative, clear and 100% customer satisfaction, as always a huge thank you to Darren for his hard work in making my visit to BMW as smooth as it could be. This was for proposed warranty work which he explained and took time in looking into. Well deserved rating. Thanks again.Brilliant customer service here having moved from Berry Chiswick where the service was SHOCKING. The reviews speak for themselves, in particular the customer service offered by Darren Price. Darren kept me informed throughout and answered all my queries. I have now chosen BMW Heathrow as my preferred service centre, thanks to the team here

Lee Rose looked after us. He was excellent at explaining everything to us and was very patient. He made the whole process very easy. We were looking for a used car. Surprisingly, the prices at the garage were very competitive to similar cars available for private sale, but you get additional reassurance with the BMW warranty and pre sales checks. This is my first time purchasing a used car from a dealership and I was very pleased with the experience
