The worst lady working there. I never have seen in any other store that kind of behaviour. She have their own rules. Behaviour is too rude, that?s why she don?t wear the name badge. So no one can know about who is she. It seems like she own this store and rule as she want. The lady who is working on self-scan tills with a European accent. The same-shot lady with black hair. The staff working with her on self scan area following the same attitude. No respect for customers.

Wow, What can I say!? I was using self-check tills and asked the lady who was allocated to help customers with their shopping on self-scan tills to authorise my item. I was welcomed with a very stinking attitude from the lady with a European accent. I was so taken aback by the reply she gave me and the rudeness came from her. She definitely needs to be retrained as her customer service is unacceptable.I checked on my receipt and Her merchant ID is **41176 hope that Aldi managers will look into it as I scroll through the reviews left by other customers it is the same-shot lady with black hair.

This supermarket has most of the things you will need for your home and is very nice. I would definitely recommend it for your daily product shopping.

One of the staff in there is very rude. She approached me on two occasions asking to look into my personal tote bags. I once accepted but the second time I chose not to, and she chose not to assist me so I told her I?ll go to the self service and no one will check my tote bag there. So did I, and no one wanted to search my personal bag. Few weeks later, Aldi introduced the policy of random search to their customers, and the right to decline service if a customer rejects to be searched. Ever since then, unless desperate for something that only Aldi sells, I don?t shop there.

Hadn't been to Aldi for months......usually go to Lidl. But so saying it the same as every supermarket.........some things are better than others .... .not struck on their fruit and what a disappointment, they don't do fresh bread and pastries like Lidl. For that reason will stick with lidl

Always understaffed so the queues are long and 4 out of the 9 self checkout machines are always off or not working.The staff are great but these 2 issues need to be sorted. I?d rather go Tesco to avoid the hassle.

Dear Aldi Yiewsley Team,I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your store. Overall, I have had positive interactions with your staff, but there is one area that could use improvement.Specifically, there is a staff member who consistently works at the first till near the entrance, and her demeanour has left a lot to be desired. I have observed that she rarely smiles or greets customers, and it's clear that she may not be enjoying her role in customer service.I understand that everyone has their off days, but when this type of behaviour becomes consistent, it can negatively impact the shopping experience. I believe that if someone is truly unhappy with their position, it may be worth considering other roles within the store or discussing their concerns with management to find a solution.As a regular shopper at Aldi, I have encountered this staff member multiple times, and it's disheartening to see her visibly unhappy while serving customers. Unfortunately, due to the number of items I purchase, I often have no choice but to use her till, as self-checkout is not always an option.I truly appreciate the value and quality that Aldi offers, and I hope that this feedback can lead to improvements in customer service. A friendly and welcoming atmosphere is essential in ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback, and I look forward to continued positive experiences at Aldi Yiewsley.
