I was just racially profiled whilst i was buying a deep heat relief for my father. When i tried to pay my card go declined and i was immediately met with the assumption i couldn?t afford it and as well as taking the product and keeping it next to him thinking i was going to do something. This 2023 and no on should be treated this way, i have come to this pharmacy for over 10 years and the first time i was met with rudeness with the new employee. The man was wearing black shirt with brown skin a bit of gray hair surprisingly hes the same skin tone as me

Love going to this pharmacy. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. My Gp?s surgery was super useless today so i went to Worlds end pharmacy and Manish helped me so much. Took his time to give me some useful advice. I really appreciate it and i much needed these advice. Highly recommend them. They also stock some very well known products and have a good variety of them. Thank you so much.

If you are not paying for your prescription privately they don't seem to care. I have just waited 30 mins to be told "we don't have that"

After being a customer of this pharmacy for some years (because it is closest to me) I have decided to never set foot in here again and make the extra effort to go elsewhere. I picked up an item that retails for £1.49 and proceeded to pay by card (which I have done many times for items less than that) where I was told by the annoyed assistant I'd need to buy something extra because there's 'now' a £3 minimum. Clearly, he was in a jobsworth sort of mood and simply wanted to be a pain, he couldn't even tell me when there'd been a change of policy. I had bought a tube of Brulidine two days ago on a debit card for £2. Needless to say that I left the bandage on the counter and walked out. On principle. The last Labour government protected these smaller outlets from the supermarkets because they reasoned patients would be better served. They were WRONG. In addition to poor customer service, the items on sale are extortionately more expensive than Boots or your local supermarket. It's time they were opened up to competition because they really need a kick up the bum.
