None of the power sockets for electronic devices are functioning, and unfortunately, none of the staff seem to be addressing the issue or showing any concern. Poor customer service at its best

here I want to inform you about my experience at Starbucks as a uber eats driver to the all the customer who are oder drinks and foods from online platform. today (4th September 2024) I got delivery request from Starbucks around 9:05 PM, within one and half minute I reached at the Starbucks. door was locked but lights were on and staff was cleaning so I knocked on the glass to get attention from staff and there was lady who were glasses (staff), she straight away ignored me moping the floors that time I saw the order was ready, packed and was put on the table (main desk) so I was hoping "oh foods ready, she will give me the bag so ill deliver to the customer". instead to giving me the order she front of me throw food (order) into the bin (dustbin) and she was whole time ignoring me.
I know that Starbucks was closed but food was ready and already packaged. she have to just handed me the order so customer get his/her drinks or food. she was all time ignored me. at least, that lady respectfully told me that we will not handed to the order due to some reason. this is totally disrespectful and rude behaviour from staff. because of that female attitude the customer time and delivery drivers time wasted. so I want to tell the all the custumer who are ordering food from this branch everyone start to select another branch not this one particular.

Well, the service was good? thats the only good thing about the place.The pain au chocolat (£2.30 something or so) was soggy and squished, perhaps a mistake of mine requesting for it to be warmed up, also lacked any sort of luxury taste and honestly a tesco 4 pack would?ve tasted better. The table we sat at was unstable and wobbling with every little touch and was irritating.Will not be visiting again.
