On Saturday 28/ 06/ 2025 this tall woman called Elizabeth was very rude, discriminated, and bully to my self!! I hope the manager will take action because this pret branch has so beautiful staff

This is a big Pret restaurant with plenty of seating spaces and a friendly staff willing to help. It?s clean and tidy and I enjoyed picking up by breakfast. There?s a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks. There?s a toilet onsite.

The place is good with good options of sandwiches and pastries ? to have your breakfast fast with some suitable seating area in the shop
The lemon cake ? is highly recommended option
As well very good that they have gluten free options as well

Very relaxing place to come by for coffee and food. Customer service is amazing as well. Many thanks to the Lady from Ukraine ?? ? who works there, she is always helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back again.

I sat in Pret A Manger Fulham Road to complete my work. Sam and Emmanuel were the friendliest and most attentive staff I have come across here and London for that matter! Despite the cafe being busy they still treated everyone with the same enthusiasm and kindness they did when it wasn?t! They made my experience 10x better and their positive energy and kindness was just what I needed whilst working!! I will definitely be visiting again :)

Mary makes the best coffee in the area! So so grateful for the effort and she?s always so friendly. The rest of the staff are amazing too and they always have such warm energy and smiles!! Thanks guys!!

Really lovely staff . Food always nice shame they dont do the salmon and egg breakfast roll or the small tomatoe soup, current size is too big for me . ?. My only negative are the toilets. The seats need replacing staimed or broken . The toilet brushes are disgusting sorry prett .

The team here are always super friendly. Really, the only downside is the toilets here which are not always the cleanest/in the best condition.
