Lovely staff and amazing designer clothes.

Ridiculous prices (e.g.selling a box of £4 IKEA glasses for £6)! The attitude of servers there is condescending and frankly irritating- they clearly do not see themselves as service staff. Please do not support this type of ?charity? shop- there are far more worthy ones in the vicinity.

I went in Cancer Research to donate some items today, I have been donating to and buying from this branch for around 10 years. The lady (brunette, french accent) that works there behaviour is snooty and rude. She did not even ask if it was a gift aid or say thank you upon recieving the items. The items she did not want, she said that you can donate them to Oxfam. Her attitude was condescending and unwelcoming. It was a horrible atmosphere from the moment I went in there. It was the most unpleasant experience I ever encountered in a charity shop. It was like if your face doesn't fit encounter even though this branch is in a diverse part of Chelsea!! In future I will stick to donating to the Salvation Army, Baby bank, other independent Charities etc where the staff are often friendlier and welcoming. Moreover, the items at this branch are overpriced. I actually wish I hadn't donated to this branch and taken my items elsewhere.

Somewhat overpriced for certain items. Also; some staff are lovely and polite whilst others display clear preferential treatment towards specific customers (specifically if you are British and white) whilst being quiet dismissive/cold towards others.

There were a pair of earrings on a rack all priced at £5, but the lady working at the till who said she was the manager refused to sell them to me because she thought I was buying them because they might be gold, as I was looking at them carefully. If they are gold, it?s very immoral of her to use me for my ?expertise? and then refuse to sell them to me when they are clearly already priced at £5. May I please point out that nobody including myself knew if they were indeed gold or not. I wanted to buy them because I liked the design and they were a gift. It is unethical and immoral and not good customer service to refuse to sell something to someone because you think they might be gold and because you think the person wants to buy them because they might be gold. It?s just a business disguised as a charity that has paid staff disguised as volunteers. They should not change their mind at the last minute, they should check if something may be gold before putting it out, not change their mind after believing and thinking that the customer wants to buy them because the earrings might be gold. Check if something is gold or not before pricing them and before putting them out because the customer has the right to buy at the listed price, you cannot refuse to sell them.

I was passing by and decided to drop in. However, after I?d been there for 5 minutes, the discourteous staff decided to arbitrarily close more than an hour before the posted time and were outrageously rude about it. How dare I attempt to shop in your shop. Horrible vicious women of Chelsea, doing a modicum of charity to soothe their consciences about living off the fat of an economic system that is incinerating the planet and immiserating millions.

Nice shop with pleasent staff however the prices are absolutely outrageous. Used basic H&M dress at £30, Bereshka blazer at £60 ??!!! Lots of cheap high street brands priced at its original retail value or higher. There are some nice designer clothes but prices are in the 100s. It used to be a great lilttle shop but now I can hardly find anything nice enough to justify the price tag. Lots of stock hangs there for weeks as the prices are so high. Shame really as I used to shop there a lot.

Seriously what has happened to this charity shop! staff are all friendly but the prices continuously going up is now a joke! just as expensive as retail prices in a lot of cases. Twice as much as the prices on depop

This is a clean and organised charity shop and the French member of staff that works here is really lovely and helpful. However, the prices of the items are unreasonably expensive for second hand clothes. I appreciate that this is a shop that is raising money for charity and that profit is important. Given this, lower prices would bring in more customers and encourage people to buy more and shop second hand instead of funding fast fashion brands like Zara or H&M which sell cheaper clothes but damage the environment. There are other charity shops near by (such as the ones on North End Road and Earls Court's Oxfam) which sell the same quality clothes and the same brands for a fraction of the price. Your customers are preventing further environmental damage by buying second hand, you should reward them for it with lower prices!

Pleasant staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. Good mix of stuff including a decent enough men's clothing section. DVD's and CD's on the back wall and an average size book section. Some new items for sale. In this wealthy area you may well pick up a bargain.
