I rarely write reviews, but have received the most outstanding customer care from this clinic, particularly from Dimitri and Ria on reception. So impressed. I had an emergency while abroad and they went above and beyond to support me. Being treated with such personal care, with team members remembering you and your history and being accommodating to your needs, is not always easy to come by in a city like London. Highly recommended.

I had upper dental retained implant surgery and had excellent care throughout my treatment and ongoing follow up care. I would highly recommend Dr Raj Joshi he is an excellent dental surgeon and is a very knowledgeable and caring person.The Nurses are also very knowledgeable and helpful and caring.Admin staff are extremely supportive and helpful.

I highly recommend this clinic; I don't think you could find a better dentist than the beautiful Huda! She has been my dentist, and my mother's dentists, for the last ten years, and even though we have now moved further away, the 45-minute journey to see her is well worth it. Huda is extremely thorough and knowledgable, but also very kind and patient. I've had several dentists in the past, but no one has matched her level of expertise and professionalism. Definitely wouldn't think about going anywhere else in London now. Thank you to the team at Bupa Dental Care Chelsea, especially Roslyn at reception who is very friendly and warm.

Truly a wonderful dental clinic - I can't recommend this place enough. A one-of-a-kind facility with skilled hygienists and dentists who make you feel comfortable and at ease. The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend the team at Bupa Dental Care Chelsea. Friendly, super clean, transparent pricing, efficient & excellent service all round.The reception team are so welcoming and take care of everything with ease (booking, rescheduling, dental insurance claims, etc...).Massive thank you to Anni and the team who guided me through my Invisalign treatment. Expert knowledge and delicate delivery, they created a plan that worked around my schedule. I'm super happy with the results!

Incredible overall service. I?ve been looking for months for a dental practice that prioritised customer experience and service. Due to a terrible experience with another dentist, I had become quite fearful of attending checkups- the team who looked after me were very mindful of this and the aim was to put me at ease. Love that before the treatment begins you are introduced to the team and what the priorities for your visit are- each step is discussed with you. Long term and preventative practices for oral hygiene are discussed also. Highly recommend this practice!

The front desk is a god sent gift. They attended swiftly to my emergency, helped secure first available appointment then briefed my consultant with my situation and he prepared a treatment plan before I set a foot in the door.Dr. Raj is by far the best surgeon and dentist I have ever been looked after by. I?d follow him anywhere for a trusted advise. Compassion + kindness + pioneered experience in the field is a few of his great qualities.

My husband and I saw Pondy for our hygienist treatment today! She is definitely one of the best, she gave very good advice and took her time cleaning our teeth! Highly recommend!
