We recently visited Zizi in Wembley and I must say that the experience was elevated by the exceptional service of Ricky.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear that he is dedicated to providing an outstanding dining atmosphere.
Ricky greeted us warmly and ensured that we were seated promptly, despite the restaurant being quite busy due to a busy event being on. Throughout our meal, he checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, showing genuine care.
Moreover, Ricky handled a minor issue with our order with grace and professionalism, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.
He went above and beyond to make amends!
We shall definitely be returning.

Came to this Zizzi after Disney on ice this evening, Ricky & the team are so supper at what they all do! Food was lovely & they were great with ourselves and our little girl! Thank you for Finishing our evening so lovely! ?

Anita was so funny and genuinely helpful. Great atmosphere and authentic kitchen. Nice to see that they show they still make and need their own dough. Well done Zizzi...very underrated but highly recommended.
Vegetarian options: Our daughter is a new vegetarian and she absolutely loved the choices and thought her mushroom truffle pasta.

Wow amazing experience. Lovely warm welcoming from the staff especially Ricky. Foods was lovely and hot also fresh. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The music was nice. Highly recommend. Will visit again.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Zizzi, thanks to the outstanding service from Chris and Ricky. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that every detail of our evening was perfect.
Ricky was incredibly attentive, making sure our orders were spot on and checking in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience all the more enjoyable. Chris?s energy and enthusiasm were contagious?he made our daughter feel extra special.
The food was delicious, but the service made it truly memorable. It?s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with genuine warmth, but Chris and Ricky did just that. Their passion for hospitality was evident, and it made our family dinner feel like a special occasion.
If you?re dining at Zizzi, I highly recommend asking for Chris and Ricky. They made our visit outstanding, and we?ll definitely be returning thanks to them!
