No toilet facilities.Only 3 chairs available. Staff ignorant and extremely rude.If you walk in to any other WH shop you are immediately greeted with a smile and staff will ask if you would like a drink.If you ask for a drink in the Alperton branch is like asking them for a loan.In the last 4 months we've seen 40 different operators.Some of them cannot tell you how many doubles in three selections. In my estimation this is the worse betting shop in London.
