Wow this shop very bad very very hot and no commentary unless you ask manager thinks the money is his never want to pay you out in cash always saying we need to pay you in card awful bookie staff need more training in communication skills awful.Its ok to go and have a bet don't play the machines they are awful no one wins and the manager has a massive smile on his face as I've said unfortunately he thinks it's his shop unless he has the franchise staw away from the machines

No toilet facilities.Only 3 chairs available.
Staff ignorant and extremely rude.If you walk in to any other WH shop you are immediately greeted with a smile and staff will ask if you would like a drink.If you ask for a drink in the Alperton branch is like asking them for a loan.In the last 4 months we've seen 40 different operators.Some of them cannot tell you how many doubles in three selections.
In my estimation this is the worse betting shop in London.
