Wagamama consistently delivers a delightful dining experience. The managers, Eva and Spasko exhibit exceptional leadership, ensuring a well-organized and customer-friendly atmosphere. Their commitment to quality service reflects positively on the entire restaurant. Kudos to the managers for creating a welcoming environment that enhances the enjoyment of Wagamama's delicious offerings.

Bad customer service. Our waitress was rude and annoyed when we tried to order as if they hated their job. I am always polite and respectful to everyone no matter how they treat me, but this waitress was either having a bad day or had a nasty attitude. I will never come back to this location. The food was okay tasting, but for the price that we were paying, I thought it would be higher quality. Nope. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place. There are plenty of other better Asian dining for better prices.

We brought a dog with us shopping so seated ourselves outside. The staff were very friendly and were very attentive to our needs. We were made very welcome and they even asked if we would like some water for the dog when ordering our drinks. The food came fairly quick, even though the restaurant was full. Even though we had been served they still came over to question if our meal was to our liking and if we needed anything else several times. I recommend this Wagamama. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, very tasty and well presented, well done to your staff that went above and beyond in their job!

Food excellent as normal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Left you alone to eat but were around if you needed them and very good when interacting with them. Drinks are a little expensive in most restaurants now. Food reasonably priced.

I do not understand food places like this. I have been to Wagamamas in Cardiff and London and the process is the same. If you go as a couple or a group you DO NOT get to eat at the same time. It is absolutely ridiculous. One persons food always comes so much faster and the other person is always left eating alone because of how long you have to wait in between. Why are they simply not able to make meals arrive together for tables at the same time?! I had to get up to ask where my food was twice after waiting about 20 minutes. I hate this place and will never come here again. How people eat here literally baffles me. Food is also very mediocre. We also had staff come to our table 3 times with incorrect things we did not order.

Found this Wagamama still open after a concert (open until 11pm), and we were seated swiftly, and the food came very quick. Food and service were good, portions were a bit smaller than other restaurants for some reason but could be due to last orders. All in all, it was a nice place to eat n have a

Visited here around 4pm on a Friday before a concert at the nearby Ovo Wembley arena. Not too busy at the time although a queue was forming at the door nearer to 5pm.Food was good but it wasn't as fresh or delicious as that served at a different Wagamama I've recently been to. Service was slightly lacking - I had to get the attention of the servers a few times, and some of them didn't feel particularly welcoming or motivated to want to help. The steak teriyaki soba was great, as was the tofu raisukaree, but the chicken donburi wasn't the best (didn't taste fresh & presentation was lacking).

We ordered Teriyaki Soba with Salmon, Prawn firecracker, mushroom steamed buns and peach ice tea.The food was lovely, cannot fault it at all. The only thing I'd complain about is the service, it was slow ad they didn't have much staff.

Delicious food at good prices, doesn?t feel like fast food at all. Came very quickly and severs were nice. Food tasted fresh, my shirodashi pork belly ramen (spicy broth)was delicious along with the chicken gyozas. My friend had the grilled chicken ramen which was also tasty.Overall really good and great after watching a movie.

The worst experience I've had in a wagamama. The place is hidden away up some stairs and at the back so took some time to find it . Once there it always amazes me why they don't sit people straight away there was a queue but loads of empty tables . I suppose it's some sort of power game . Once someone actually acknowledged me . The usual info of this is wagamama as if they have to run through a script , the problem being is they lack any human connection . You could be served by a robot the staff are so emotionally devoid . Then a ridiculous 30 mins wait for anything to arrive even though one of the things was green tea which was Luke warm at best . The staff were too busy being robots to actually notice you might want their attention . Then the duck guyoza was almost thrown on the table without any enjoy your meal pleasantries . Then I noticed they were under cooked which I couldn't fathom as the place wasn't that busy . So I eat the edges and left the rest as was getting by then . Then the Luke warm miso soup and plate of the same pickles . Usually there's a selection but not this time . All the same which didn't really get the taste buds going as I noticed the lack of appearances from the staff I waited with to spring the trap for when they brought my noodles . Walop . Can I have the bill please nice and loud before they scuttled off. The noodles being ok temperature but it was a case of hunt the meat . £15 !!! For a plate of noodles and some veg with the odd bit of prawn and chicken . I know they have to make a profit but come on !!! Anyway the girl came back at last and said pay by Qr code but I replied I'd rather pay the old fashioned way by card please . Anyway, she trots for the car machine . Comes back . I've almost finished eating and gave me a receipt . I've had enough of the sub standard Wagga noodles so get up and walk out . I decide to take a photo of the culprit in the kitchen and some lad comes out whilst I'm standing there taking notes of how awful it was as exclames excuse me sir you haven't paid to which I reply yes I have I've got a receipt and shows t the the lad . He repeats and adds you'll have to come inside and pay . I repeat here's my receipt young man I am not coming inside . He then grabs my arm and says I'm going to have to insist . I by this time am slightly unimpressed and say if you believe me to be a thief call the police . I'd like to see their face when I tell them you first approached me whilst I waited outside !!! Not had it on my toes to avoid payment . Once again he insisted I was like come on then let's go inside and show you up for the idiots you are .. once inside and I explained my disgust to the manager . The young girl who I paid came over and said yes he has paid by card . I replied Yes that's why I have a receipt!! All very hollow apologies flowing then . I've been to many a wagamama and This one is the absolute pits . A car-buncle on the otherwise decent chain of restaurants.
