Please beware, no refund and you will not be told this before purchasing a product.As per manager?s advice ? if you want a refund go to the big stores? and ?because it is not Apple?, do not complain about the product not performing as it should, or the instruction manual not being clear. I would say £25 it?s that cheap for earphones performing what they are built for, but perhaps i do not know the market that well.I wish I would spent my money on lunches out. I guess it?s a learning experience now ?
