Simply a fantastic ECIG company and with an excellent customer service team.Recently had a damaged parcel delivered with items missing.The customer service without question sent out the missing items no Spanish Inquisition,sent the photo of the damaged parcel and I just wish ALL online retailers would be like this ?????British Company too

Went in here to buy some juice.Standing in the queue, shop keeper let's 1 person cut the line. Anyway biting my tongue, starts serving me, then some random person comes in from outside and he stops serving me again. Waited, and he done it the 3rd time.Don't come here.Disrespectful people and fake juice from Pakistan.Go online and order well known brands instead on their carcinogenic Pakistan juice.

Went there looking for a replacement for my aging and nearly non function mod and some e-liquid.Friendly and talented bloke steered me towards the centaurus m200 mod and 100% pink lemonade liquid. I am left with a very nice set-up that is satiating and will keep me off the stinkies(cigarettes) for another year!Thanks ?

Parcel stolen, left outside my door unattended. Told uk ecig's customer service, they don't care. Totally unprofessional and unsafe considering it's an age restricted item. They also ignored 3 if my email until I chased them.

Friendly sales . Very knowledgeable they knew what the issue was when I adviced them. And were able to offer me a working replacement for my ecig device. Selection of goods .prices all good and with nice Friendly knowledgeable staff on hand. Fantastic already been a few times anyway I'm a bit of a local now.

Just got my delivery on time...Next day, amazing range of dinner nic salts, got discount when ordered and they threw in a free riot salts bottle, nice, deffo will be using these guys regularly, great customer service am very happy with this firm
