You get what anyone can you expect from an outlet store, but as messy as it can be, the staff is always reorganising and trying to keep it as clean and tidy as possible. It has a huge range of diverse stuff from furniture to even whisky apart from the clothes section that is the main thing. They always have good prices and the staff is fine.

Worst Customer service.I went there to return the product which I bought it from other tk max. Manager has declined the return saying we can?t take it back as we don?t sell it ,she could not find it online .Then I needed to call customer services again rude answers.
I found the same product which I bought it from their website and then she has issued a refund in gift card.. poor customer service where you need to give them evidence that product is from tk max even though you have a receipt with you..
